Orders are released for dispatch immediately once payment has been successfully confirmed.
We accept secure online payments via PayFast, including:
- Credit & Debit Cards (Visa and Mastercard)
- Instant EFT directly from your bank
- Supported Pay-Later options (available at checkout)
All payments are processed through PayFast, a secure, encrypted South African payment gateway. Payments are confirmed instantly and no proof of payment is required.
All product prices include Express 1–2 business day courier delivery within South Africa, unless otherwise stated.
All prices displayed on our website include VAT, where applicable.
We use express courier services to deliver orders to your home, workplace, or any physical address provided at checkout. Our automated shipping system selects the fastest available courier based on your delivery location.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. You will be able to track your shipment online and will also receive a notification from the courier when your parcel is out for delivery.
International shipping from South Africa is available. We use DHL Express for all international orders. Please note that customs duties, taxes, or import fees may be charged by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Any discrepancies relating to an order or pricing must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All return requests must be confirmed via email or telephone prior to returning items.
Returns are made at the purchaser’s expense and must be in new, unused, and resalable condition, with all original packaging and seals intact.
A 10% restocking fee may be charged for items that were ordered incorrectly.
If an error has occurred as a direct result of Vitiligo Treatment, the correct products will be resupplied and any additional courier costs will be covered by us.
